Texas Petrochemicals, Inc. Announces 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
HOUSTON (Thursday, February 9, 2006) -- TPC Group, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC: TXPI.PK - News) today announced that the Company has scheduled its 2005 annual shareholders' meeting on April 18, 2006. Shareholders are invited to join the Company's management and board of directors for a continental breakfast from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The shareholders' annual meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. During the meeting shareholders will vote to elect directors to serve on the board of directors of the Company until the Company's 2006 annual meeting of shareholders and to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
