Texas Petrochemicals, Inc. Announces 2006 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
HOUSTON (Monday, September 18, 2006) - TPC Group, Inc. (OTC: TXPI.PK) today announced that the Company has scheduled its 2006 annual meeting of stockholders for Wednesday, October 18, 2006. During the meeting, stockholders will vote to elect directors to serve on the board of directors of the Company until the Company's 2007 annual meeting of stockholders and to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
